Description

This wheelset is designed for BMX Race use, it is a product for competition.
It features carbon fiber rims, which reduces weight and increases stiffness.
Forward rims feature a wide flange shape that optimizes stiffness against gravitational forces. High end hubs and rims to give you good results during your track races. This wheelset is one of the lightest configurations in our catalog, weighing only 1480g!

For the Control Pride hubs, the French brand keeps its 6/60 system providing 180 points of engagement, innovates with a new larger hub body, CNC machined in 6061-T6 aluminum.
Hubs that accompany most of the Top riders today. An Olympic gold medal with Beth. Shriever in 2021, a first place in the World Cup in 2022 in Glasgow with Jeremy Rencurel.
These Pride Control hubs are extremely efficient when it comes to sending on the track. With its 180 engagement points, it allows an almost immediate relaunch.
All with an aluminum body to save a maximum of weight.

Rear hub

CNC machined 6061-T6 Aluminum hub body.
Aluminum 15mm inner axle with 10mm bolts and CNC machined cones.
Higher flange diameter for more rigidity.
Large 28mm diameter outer cap on driver side for better lateral rigidity.
Disc compatible with centerlock® attachment system.
Easy maintenance thanks to the "Tool less" removal system.
7075-T6 aluminum driver.
6/60 system with 6 micro-toothed pawls - 180 contact points.
Enduro Bearing® ABEC 3 with double lip seals.
Comes with Elite lockring and chain line adjustment washers.

Rim:

Created and developed exclusively for BMX Race, the Forward Joyride Carbon rim meets the most extreme requirements of the sport. The rim is made of Today T700 carbon. A 38mm height that optimizes stiffness without compromising wind resistance. This rim has a width of 23mm.
The rim is tubeless compatible. This requires the use of a specific rim tape, valve and tubeless tire.
The rear rim does not have brake pads, it is only compatible with disc brakes.
